He did a lot of the work which was great, he would e-mail us homes he thought we'd like, he would e-mail us pictures and articles of renovation ideas, and he even e-mailed me articles on how to reduce my stressful level during this process lol; he worked with our budget and didn't tell us that if we want a house we need to offer so much more over asking price. Within a few months he found us a house that we purchased in summer of 2020.
